While certifications, technical ability, and overall acumen are impressive, it's the understanding and use of soft skills that will make an impact on those you lead and collaborate with. Many marketing qualities aren’t learned in a set amount of time; instead, they’re innate or cultivated through years of hard work and experience “Soft skills” are more difficult to quantify than hard skills. They include personal attributes like empathy, honesty, work ethic, and more.
